The Lift Roller Sizer is designed for round and tubular produce such as potatoes, carrots, onions, beetroot, and citrus. It creates precise size bands by adjusting the spacing between rollers. Multiple outlets (three to six as standard) allow high-capacity grading into several size categories at once.
The Screen Sizer uses perforated screens to separate produce by allowing smaller items to fall through while larger ones continue. It is widely used for spherical produce such as potatoes, beetroot, rutabaga, citrus, and more, and performs well in both dirty and clean applications.
The Vibrating Length Sizer is purpose-built for long vegetables like carrots, parsnips, and yams. Produce travels over vibrating corrugated channels, with shorter pieces dropping through adjustable openings while longer produce carries on. Up to four size separations are possible.
