General Information:
The Hydro Bin Filler unit create a smooth, laminar water flow to gently draw fruit into bins.
Bins are fed into the machine on chain tracks and lowered into a water bath. Fruit is supplied to the hydro filler via a water flume and drawn into the bin through a special flow head. This cleverly designed head creates a smooth vortex which guides fruit in a gentle, controlled manner, virtually eliminating bruising during filling.
This machine is typically paired with a series of water channels which buffer fruit from an optical sorter.
The Hydro Bin Filler can be utilised as part of a pre-sort system or added to a commit-to-pack line to improve line capability and flexibility.
