Cost effective, low footprint solution for gently unloading floating fruit at low speeds
General Information:
The Gentle Wet Bin Unloader is designed to unload floating fruit such as apples into a water dumptank.
Bins are loaded onto the roller conveyor via forklift and conveyed to a position above the dumptank. The bin is lowered into the water, then fruit floats out under its own buoyancy and is carried away by the water flow.
Once empty, bins are raised back up and transported to a position from which they can be removed.
