General Information:
The Lightweight Bin Tipper is designed for the gentle unloading of produce onto a conveyor system.
Bins are loaded into the machine via forklift, pallet trolley, or automated bin conveyor system. Once in place, bins are clamped top and bottom and gently rotated upside down. The bins are then driven forward at an upward angle, gradually revealing the top lip of each bin and allowing produce to unload onto the proceeding machinery. An optional dosing brush helps to regulate the flow of produce and ensure the tipping process is as gentle as possible.
Standalone machines come with perimeter guarding and a light curtain to ensure operator safety.
