Standard design features include a series of brush or sponge rollers which dry fruit, while also transporting them forward. Fruit comes out of the machine dried and polished, ready for packing.
Available in a range of sizes to accommodate different throughputs and achieve different drying times.
Machine options include different roller types, dosing rollers, guide bars, emptying sweeps and fans for enhanced drying.
