In 2023, Wyma became part of the MHM Automation group of companies, which was subsequently acquired on March 7, 2024, by Fortifi Food Processing Solutions—a global group that also includes our sister companies Bettcher Industries and Frontmatec.

On Friday 3rd November, Wyma Solutions' parent company, MHM Automation entered into a conditional agreement to be acquired by Bettcher Industries, a US-based, world leading manufacturer and supplier of food processing equipment.
