The Supply Optimiser system helps you to unlock the full potential of your sorting system. 

Traditional optical grader infeeds typically achieve between 70% to 80% cup fill rate, above which point the rate of double cupping becomes operationally prohibitive. This grader optimising system uses smart technology to achieve up to 99% cup fill rate with virtually no double cupping.

The unit replaces the pooling belt and vbelts on a sorter system, supplying directly to the grader cups. It uses load cells and optical eyes to sense openings on the grader, and release fruit piece by piece to the cups at precisely the right time.

The benefits of this unit include reducing all double cupping occurrences; increasing the capacity of existing optical graders; and allowing graders to be run at lower linear speeds for the same throughput, leading to gentler product handling.
