General Information:
The Semi Automatic Bag Filler is a cost-effective method for filling wicket bags with produce.
Fruit enters via conveyor and is channelled into two singulating conveyors. These count fruit into two batch collection zones, pausing the conveyors once the target count has been achieved.
Wicket bags are loaded onto the machine and blown open by a pneumatic jet to allow filling. Fruit is released to the waiting bag from the batch collection zone. Typically, the bag is then removed by an operator, who then closes and seals the bag.
The machine has two exits, so while fruit is being released from one side, the next batch of fruit is being prepared on the other side.
