General Information:
This Packing Table has been designed for efficient, ergonomic manual packing.
Packaging is supplied to operators via a conveyor running perpendicular to the line, while product arrives via two lower conveyors. Operators place empty packaging on the angled conveyor, and as it proceeds down the line it is filled row by row. Packaging is returned to horizontal as it exits the line for subsequent processes. A central conveyor receives reject fruit.
Packing stations are designed to be comfortable and to minimise movements.
