General Information:
The Casepacker unit is an automatic casepacker suitable for prepackaged produce.
Product enters the machine via conveyor and is consolidated into layers by a set of precision controlled pushers. Once full layers have been formed, they are gently lowered into the carton or crate.
Cartons or crates enter and exit the machine at a lower level to the incoming product.

Suitable for round product with a diameter between 50 and 90 mm
Machine adjusts automatically to the product
Suitable for trays with flaps
Suitable for the following tray sizes: length: 140-300 mm, width: 140-180 mm, height: 20-40 mm
