Automatic Tray Denester typically used on apple pack lines
General Information:
Automatic unit for the denesting of cardboard trays.
Trays are placed into the two receivers from above. The singulating clamps remove trays one at a time from the bottom of the tray stacks, and place on the exit conveyor below.
There are two tray magazines, which can either hold the same tray type, or different tray types which are released according to a programmable pattern.
