General Information:
The Tray Rapid Pack system provides a simple, high speed tray filling setup, typically used for apples and other round fruit.
Trays continuously enter the system via a lower conveyor, typically supplied by an automatic tray denester, while fruit arrives via the upper conveyor. The two flows merge smoothly, quickly filling the empty trays. A single operator stands beside each unit to guide the fruit and make small adjustments to the fruit positions as necessary.
This system achieves very high tray fill rates with minimal operator involvement.
