General Information:

The Plate Palletiser is an efficient method for carton or crate palletising.

Incoming product is formed into pallet layers by a set of manipulators which rotate and position product according to a programmable pattern. Each layer is formed on an articulated plate; once a layer has been built it is transferred across to the pallet for depositing. A set of clamps hold the pallet stack in place while the plate is slid out from the layer, carefully depositing it onto the layer below.

Empty pallets are typically supplied to the palletiser via chain track, and full pallets are automatically ejected from the machine on completion.
