General Information:

The Net Bag Clipper is a packaging machine for making net bags with a metal clip closure. This method of packaging is often used for onions, potatoes, citrus, garlic, and walnuts. 

Produce enters the receiving hopper at the top of the machine, and is released through the centre of the tubular magazine into the net bag. Once full, the net bag is gripped in the closing head, which applies the metal clip to secure the top of the bag, cuts the net from the stock, and simultaneously applies another metal clip and label to the following bag. Completed bags are deposited gently onto the height-adjustable conveyor below.

Thanks to dual net magazines and an automatic changeover sequence, this machine provides continuous production. It is also possible to equip the machine with a printer and label feeder for wineglass and clip-to-clip labels.

This unit is typically combined with a weigher to create a complete packaging line.
