At the start of 2025, Treecrop highlighted the opening of Australian Pioneer Pistachio Company’s (APPC) new hulling facility in Bannerton, Australia. As the key equipment provider, we were pleased to see Wyma equipment featured in the images showcasing this impressive development.

APPC’s new site represents a major step forward for Australia’s fast-growing pistachio sector. Built to support rising crop volumes and future expansion, the facility strengthens APPC’s ability to process, grade, and prepare high-quality pistachios for both domestic and export markets.

Designed as a modern, modular operation, the plant increases capacity, improves workflow efficiency, and supports APPC’s long-term growth strategy. Additional stages are already planned as national production continues to climb.

We’re proud to support processors like APPC who continue to invest in advanced post-harvest technology. Seeing Wyma equipment helping drive performance in one of Australia’s key nut-growing regions is something our team takes great pride in.
