Last year Wyma became part of the MHM Automation group of companies. On March 7, MHM Automation was acquired by the global Fortifi Food Processing Solutions group, which also includes our sister companies Bettcher Industries and Frontmatec.

On Friday 3rd November, Wyma Solutions' parent company, MHM Automation entered into a conditional agreement to be acquired by Bettcher Industries, a US-based, world leading manufacturer and supplier of food processing equipment.
